Lost or Stolen Packages
VELORA APPAREL LLC is not responsible for packages stolen from your porch after delivery confirmation. If your tracking says 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier immediately. We recommend shipping to a secure location or P.O. Box.
