Due to the intimate nature of our products, our return policy is governed by strict health and hygiene regulations. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Hygiene-Based Final Sale
For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or where the factory hygiene seal has been tampered with. If the product has touched the skin or been used, it is strictly non-returnable.
30-Day Unopened Returns
You may return unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). To initiate a return, please contact xu@veloraapparel.team or call 305-784-5457.
1-Year Electronic Warranty
All electronic devices (strokers, vibrators, massagers) are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against mechanical failure or manufacturing defects. This does not cover battery degradation over time or damage from improper use (e.g., using silicone-based lube on silicone toys). Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
